Salesforce Specialist (Zurich or Singapore)
Qualification:
- At least 3 years’ experience in financial services
- Knowledge of core banking or insurance processes
- Hands-on Salesforce project exposure, in any functional role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
- Comfortable with SQL and/or Python for data analysis or migration work
- Analytical, structured, and outcome-focused
- Driven to deliver top-quality solutions for clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Fluent in English and, for Switzerland, German
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce FSC / FSC for Insurance
- CRM data experience (quality assessments, usage analytics, field completion analysis)
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, FSC Accredited Professional, Data Cloud)

Before you ask
Do I need consulting experience to join?
Consulting experience helps, but it’s not a must-have. What matters most is relevant skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the willingness to learn fast. If that sounds like you, we’re happy to consider your application.
Do I need financial services experience?
It’s an advantage if you have it, but we also hire junior profiles with strong technical skills and train the functional side through our consulting program. A completed Master’s degree is required to join the program.
Where will I be based?
You’ll be based in either Zurich or Singapore. Our projects are usually local but travelling may be required for certain engagements. International travel is rare.
Which language skills do I need?
Fluent English is required for our work. For Switzerland, German at a native or fluent level is also a must, as some of our clients are German-speaking. Any additional language is a plus.
