1997
It all starts with a conversation
The future founders meet while working together on a transformation program in Switzerland. What begins as collaboration soon evolves into the idea of building a consultancy with a different mindset.
2001
Finalix is founded
From a home office and a shared belief that consulting should be more practical, more personal and closer to delivery, Finalix officially begins.
2005
Building expertise
The team grows steadily, expanding its capabilities across financial services while establishing long-term relationships with clients.
2019
A second home in Singapore
A new office opens in Singapore, bringing Finalix closer to clients across Asia and marking the beginning of its international chapter. At the same time, the company expands into the insurance sector.
2021
Investing in people
The Finalix Consulting Program is launched to develop the next generation of consultants through real project experience, mentorship and structured learning.
