Project: Commodities Trading

The goal of the project was a technical and organizational integration of the base metal trading for a global Investment Bank in the course of a large merger. Centrally important was the combination of both LME memberships (London Metal Exchange) to a single integrated LME membership. This required a transfer of systems, transactions, customers, products and processes of both organizations to a single integrated platform. Project location was London.

Project: Business Process Reengineering of the FX Prime Brokerage Business
Planning, evaluation and first design phase of the complete restructuring of the FX Prime Brokerage Business (processes and IT systems).
Investigation of current processes, identification of issues, definition of the FX Prime Brokerage strategy, analysis of possible synergy potential with other PB-divisions and design of processes which fulfill the aforementioned requirements.

Project: Reengineering of the Cash- and Collateral Management for an insurer
Analysis and reengineering of the cash and collateral management processes (OTC transactions) for the optimal processing of the whole cash. Evaluation and implementation of a prime broker for the execution of all FX transactions.
