Marco Pedrocchi, Managing Partner
Marco Pedrocchi graduated from ETH Zürich as an electrical engineer. After his studies, he worked four years with „Schweizerischer Bankverein“ developing applications for foreign exchange trading. After that he joined business consulting within Accenture where he managed several large projects with financial institutions. It was in the year 2001 when Marco Pedrocchi, together with two partners, founded the business consulting firm Finalix AG. XING-Profile |

Hans-Peter Schmidt, Managing Partner After his education as a banker, Hans-Peter Schmidt graduated in Business Administration from the University “Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik” in Reutlingen, Germany. Thereafter he worked five years with the business consultancy Accenture, where he managed several large projects with financial institutions focussing on portfolio management. It was in the year 2001 when Hans-Peter Schmidt, together with two partners, founded the business consulting firm Finalix AG. |

Michael Tscherter, Partner Michael Tscherter holds a master of science in Business Administration from Zurich University. After his graduation he worked six years with the business consultancy Accenture in the financial services department. He has comprehensive expertise in the areas of portfolio management, investment reporting, front-office processes and CRM. Michael Tscherter joined Finalix AG in March 2005. |

Dr. Beat Wirth, Managing Partner Dr. Beat Wirth works in the consulting business since 1996 and since 2004 as a managing partner with Finalix AG. He has substantial experience in the functional areas of asset management, portfolio management, performance calculation and investment accounting. In all of these areas he conducted and managed several large projects with banks and insurance companies. |

Michael Bischof, Consultant Michael Bischof holds a Master of Science in Philosophy from the London School of Economics and a Master of Arts in Political Science from University of Geneva. After his studies he worked as a management consultant at Accenture in the area of finance & performance management during 4 years. He has joined the Finalix team in February 2010. |

Martin Dressler, Senior Consultant Martin Dressler graduated as an electrical engineer from the technical university Rapperswil. After his studies he initially worked in Japan and thereafter collected totally six years of working experience in the consulting business, of which the last three years with Accenture in the financial services department. He joined the Finalix team in autumn 2006. |

Dr. Jochen Dzienziol, Senior Consultant Jochen Dzienziol finished his education as a banker and then graduated in Business Administration from the university of Augsburg, Germany. After having carried out several consulting projects and after finalising his PhD thesis at the „Kernkompetenzzentrum IT & Finanzdienstleistungen“ in Augsburg, he joined the Finalix team in July 2006. |

Pascal S. Gysi, Senior Consultant Pascal Gysi studied architectural science at ETH Zurich and thereafter worked in London for one year. After six years working as a consultant at different international locations within the financial services department of Accenture, he founded his own architect’s office in 2006 and joined the Finalix team in October 2007. |

Reinhard Holy, Consultant Reinhard Holy studied Environmental Sciences at ETH in Zurich, with specialites in physics of aquatic systems, renewable energies, risk management and mediation processes. After 8 years of professional experience in IT architecture, IT strategy and project management in the financial services sector, he joined the Finalix team in May 2006. |

Michaela Junker, Senior Consultant Michaela Junker studied Business Administration at the Economic University of Vienna. After her successful graduation, Michaela started her working career in the year 2000 within the financial services department of Accenture. In summer 2004 she joined the Finalix team. |

Dr. Markus Mederer, Consultant Markus Mederer studied commercial information technology at the universities of Essen and Erlangen-Nuremberg. After his studies, he contributed to consulting projects for the “Kernkompetenzzentrum IT & Finanzdienstleistungen” and simultaneously carried out his PhD thesis at the University of Augsburg. He joined Finalix AG in June 2008. |

Marius Menth, Consultant Marius Menth graduated in Business Administration from the Universities of Basel and St. Gallen. After his studies he gained consulting experience with Accenture and entrepreneurial practice in the production company of his parents. He is part of the Finalix family since April 2006. |

Alexandra Müller, Administration
Alexandra Müller owns the diploma as a finance- and accounting specialist. She gained professional experience in small and large international trading-, service and industry companies. Alexandra belongs to the Finalix team since spring 2002. |

Daniel Severa, Senior Consultant
Daniel Severa studied Business Administration at the St.
Gallen University. After graduation he gathered consulting experience with Accenture during three years. Daniel is part of the Finalix team since spring 2004. |

Dr. Stefan Spreiter, Senior Consultant
Stefan Spreiter graduated in Business Administration from Zurich University. After his studies, he gained consulting and project management experience with Accenture and with the Institut for Accounting and Controlling of the Zurich University during five years. Stefan belongs to the Finalix team since January 2007. |
