Marco Pedrocchi graduated from ETH Zürich as an electrical engineer. After his studies, he worked four years with „Schweizerischer Bankverein“ developing applications for foreign exchange trading. After that he joined business consulting within Accenture where he managed several large projects with financial institutions. It was in the year 2001 when Marco Pedrocchi, together with two partners, founded the business consulting firm Finalix AG.

After his education as a banker, Hans-Peter Schmidt graduated in Business Administration from the University “Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik” in Reutlingen, Germany. Thereafter he worked five years with the business consultancy Accenture, where he managed several large projects with financial institutions focussing on portfolio management. It was in the year 2001 when Hans-Peter Schmidt, together with two partners, founded the business consulting firm Finalix AG.

In 2001, he joined a consulting firm with focus on system integration, where he worked during three years on various international projects at major banks. He then joined Accenture as a management consultant where he managed projects for large international financial institutions. Since 2006, Martin is with Finalix for whom he lead or accompanied different strategic Wealth Management business projects. In 2008 he successfully graduated the Executive Program at the Swiss Finance Institute in Zurich.

Jochen Dzienziol finished his education as a banker and then graduated in Business Administration from the university of Augsburg, Germany. After having carried out several consulting projects and after finalising his PhD thesis at the „Kernkompetenzzentrum IT & Finanzdienstleistungen“ in Augsburg, he joined the Finalix team in July 2006.
