Development of a business plan for the Investment Management on behalf of the group management. Definition of vision, mission, organization, products, services and financials. Additionally a comprehensive project portfolio was established to implement the defined goals and measures.

Project: Strategic merger and acquisition for a Swiss insurer
As a part of a strategic realignment, the insurer’s field of activity has been rearranged by sales and acquisition of business units. As a result, the financial reserves of the these business areas needed to be identified and transferred. Overall, cash, securities, loans, mortgage, alternative investments and real estate amounting to several billion Swiss Francs have been transferred.
