Project: Definition of an integrated strategy for the Client Reporting of a leading Swiss Wealth Manager
The project's mandate was to elaborate a client reporting strategy for the retail, wealth management and institutional clients. Main focus was on the strategic functional and technical concept as well as the organizational optimization of the involved units.
Based on an especially for the project created functional reporting framework, the available reporting capabilities were assessed and documented. The framework enabled to get the overview of the as-is situation and to discover comprehensible gaps in the offering. In conjunction with the requirements assessed per client segment, the functional strategy was defined and in a second step it was used to derive the technical strategy of the involved systems. Additionally for the reporting content, the basic reporting features and those features charged to the clients were defined per client segment.
A sustainable implementation of the functional and technical strategies also required an alignment of the organizational setup. For this, an assessment of capabilities among all involved units was conducted and together with the line management and the senior management, a solution was chosen to bring together the know-how within the firm, to define clear accountability within the organization and defined a target approach to make future investments more efficient. The resulting reorganization covered improvement of the product management and the operations. As a result, the IT reorganized itself accordingly in order to complete the new reporting powerhouse and to complete the organizational strategy.

Project: Investment & Risk Reporting for a Life Insurance
For the investment controlling and risk management, assets and liability data were consolidated and analyzed group-wide out of a data warehouse. In order to comply with new requirements, the existing applications and processes were completely redesigned.

Providing their advisory service to private customers, client advisors are supported by product experts / financial consultants. For an efficient control of the advisory activities and the coaching of the employees and client advisors, a CRM application has been developed. Besides the tracking features it also provides performance measurement of the consulting units as well as a comprehensive reporting for all management levels.
