Project: Streamlining and centralization of the global funds section
Implementation of a global centralization strategy for funds sector with a major Asset Manager. Definition of the core funds palette aiming for a realignment of the funds section. The project contained the development and implementation of migration concepts (funds transfers, consolidation and liquidation), definition and selection of preferred partners for third party funds as well as the implementation of a fund trading platform.

Project: Setup of institutional investment funds for a Swiss Asset Manager
Setup of institutional investment funds and transfer of approx. 15 billion Swiss franc for tax optimization within the asset management mandate. This project required comprehensive system and process modifications in the fields of asset management, transactions, accounting and tax.

Project: Design of a public/mutual fund for a Swiss private bank
Evaluation and design of a new public/mutual fund, based on the collected business requirements and accomplished market analyses. Sourcing of the fund manager by means of a strategic sourcing approach. Preparation of documentation (e.g. fund regulations, marketing material) and launch.
