Project: Program management for the implementation of a core banking infrastructure
Replacement of the core banking infrastructure in a foreign booking centre by the components and processes of the Switzerland based solution. This strategic project aimed to ensure continuous growth by providing a highly scalable platform and to reduce operational risks and hence the cost for the bank. In addition, the palette of products and services for existing and new clients was enlarged.
